- I am currently enrolled in Concordia University's Master of Education program to gain my P.E. and Health Master Degree. I graduate from University of San Francisco in '09 with a degree in Exercise Sports & Science I have done two half marathons and two sprint tri's and will begin training for my third once the season has changed to something less "wet" I love working out - be it in the gym or going for a day long hike with a friend, and I believe that moving (of any kind) is something to try to achieve every day. Taking care of yourself - through de-stressing, exercising and good eating habits is what will allow life to have the best quality it can - and helping people see that is a joy to me.
